Adult-led lessons where children learn how to make self-honoring choices, including saying yes when they mean yes, no when they mean no, and strategies to respond to negative peer pressure. They practice making choices that help them stay happy and safe and facilitate a fun and exciting life. They learn that how you say things is as important as what you say.
